Our client is an international consumer product company in Indonesia. They are currently hiring a Head of Finance & Accounting. You may find below the job description and requirements.
Job Descriptions
- The Finance Head will generally manage the company’s whole Finance & Accounting operation, including corporate finance, corporate accounting, treasury management, budgeting and controlling compliance, and tax management.
- This role will focus on financial advisory and creating a business strategy.
- Manage all corporate accounting operations and ensure the accounting record has complied with General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the report is presented by the expected deadline.
- Dealing with local management and regional office relation company’s financial management.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Manage and comply with government regulations, particularly concerning taxation, BPJS, BKPM requirement, etc.
- Develop and document business processes, accounting policies, the ERP/other reporting applications to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Job Requirements
- Currently working as Financial Controller or Head of Finance & Accounting.
- Sufficient exposure in accounting, cash management, project accounting, budgeting & reporting, plus tax management
- A Bachelor of Accounting is a must; CA/ CMA/ CIMA holder is a plus point.
- Able to communicate and work together company’s BODs
- Good English proficiency is a must.
