Our client is a family theme park in Bali, presently hiring a Business Analyst with following working responsibilities & requirements.
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Experience: 2-5 years in business or data analysis
Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data related to park operations, visitor trends, and financial performance
- Identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize park operations
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making processes
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Assist in the development of business strategies and plans
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Help drive the client’s family theme park towards achieving its business objectives through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the family theme park industry is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations
- Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
