HR Operation Manager – Education Company

Our client is looking for an HR Operational manager to lead our HR team members. He/she will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role he/she should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.

Working Responsibilities:

  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
  • Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
  • Oversee payroll data.
  • Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Leading a team of human resource staff.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager or a similar position in a multinational company
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods and acting as a point of contact for talents until on board
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and English language proficiency are a must
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
