Job Title: Supply Chain & Inventory Manager
Location: Gorontalo, Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia
Company Overview:
Our client is a leading retail company in Northern Sulawesi, Indonesia, seeking a Supply Chain & Inventory Manager to optimize their operations in Gorontalo.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the supply chain process, ensuring timely product delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure goods, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage delivery schedules to ensure reliability.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
- Implement inventory control measures and streamline procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field, advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management and inventory control, preferably in retail.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain application/system.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strategic thinker with leadership abilities.
