Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for all civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering activities.
- Lead FEED, Detailed Design, and construction engineering reviews.
- Oversee foundations, structural steel, earthworks, drainage, roads, and site infrastructure.
- Manage engineering consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary interfaces.
- Identify and mitigate geotechnical, constructability, and brownfield integration risks.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and international engineering standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12–15 years’ experience, including 7+ years in Lead/Senior Civil Engineer roles.
- Strong mining, mineral processing, or large industrial project background.
- Experience with brownfield expansions and FEED execution.
- Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and international design codes.
