Work Description
:

  • Lead company-wide learning & development strategy across restaurant operations nationwide.
  • Design and implement training programs for outlet teams, supervisors, and management.
  • Build structured onboarding and competency development for frontliners and restaurant leaders.
  • Standardize training modules, SOP learning materials, and operational best practices.
  • Partner with Operations and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness, employee progress, and development KPIs across outlets.
  • Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipeline.


Requirements
:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development / Training Management.
  • Must have experience in F&B retail or restaurant chain operations.
  • Strong background in developing operational and people-development training programs.
  • Experienced managing training for multi-outlet / nationwide operations.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java and travel when required.
