Hiring: Junior IT Support Engineer

Location: Jakarta
Our client, a leading satellite services company, is looking for a high-potential Junior IT Support Engineer to support its daily IT operations and users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for client’s application
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems when required.
- Support IT documentation, asset records, system updates, and basic network monitoring.
- Ensure timely and professional support to internal users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- MUST HAVE: Minimum GPA of 3.50.
- MUST HAVE:Graduate from a reputable university in Indonesia or overseas.
- MUST HAVE: Strong English communication skills are essential.
- Around one year of IT support experience, or an excellent fresh graduate with strong technical capability.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and service-oriented skills.
