Project Manager – Interior & Civil Works

Location: South Tangerang

The Project Manager will lead retail fit-out, interior, and civil projects from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise civil, interior, and MEP work at project sites.
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, mall management, vendors, and internal teams.
• Resolve site issues, monitor progress, and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct quality checks before project handover.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing interior fit-out, retail, civil, or construction projects.
• Able to read technical, interior, and MEP drawings.
• Familiar with interior materials and mall fit-out procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work mobile and supervise projects on site.
