Hiring: Finance & Accounting Manager
Location: Central Jakarta
Our client, an international consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to join its team.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will oversee:
- Statutory and general accounting
- Cash flow and treasury management
- Financial closing and reporting
- Management reporting and financial analysis
- Compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Supervision and development of the finance and accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls
- Experience in a multinational, professional services, or consulting environment is preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
- Good command of English
