International Contact Center Officer

Work Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chat) for international clients
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers primarily from the North America market
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met


Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in contact center / customer service role; candidates with Mandarin Interpreter experience are highly welcomed
  • Willing and able to work in US daylight time (night shift in Indonesia)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently in a Work From Home (WFH) environment with high discipline
