International Contact Center Officer
Work Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chat) for international clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support customers primarily from the North America market
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction standards are consistently met
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in contact center / customer service role; candidates with Mandarin Interpreter experience are highly welcomed
- Willing and able to work in US daylight time (night shift in Indonesia)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently in a Work From Home (WFH) environment with high discipline
