Brand Manager (FMCG – Food Category)

Work Description
- Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth, market share, and brand equity
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to market launch
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product positioning and distribution
- Monitor brand performance, sales data, and campaign effectiveness; provide actionable insights
- Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on all brand initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industry
- Strong background in food or food ingredient/material categories is a MUST
- Proven track record in brand building, product launch, and campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
