Work Description:

  • Develop and manage sales pipeline for agriculture sector clients (plantations, agribusiness, distributors)
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across assigned territories
  • Provide technical consultation on spraying solutions tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field visits
  • Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in agriculture-related industry
  • Strong network within agriculture sector (plantations, distributors, agribusiness players)
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Good technical understanding of agricultural equipment/solutions is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English is preferred
