Our client is a premium children’s playground that combines play, learning, and great cafes. Our venue is designed with a premium ambiance for families to have a memorable and enjoyable experience. They are searching for a Venue Manager with the following responsibilities and requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the venue
- Lead and motivate our team to deliver excellent service
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for families
- Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for creating an environment that promotes both play and learning for children
- Proficiently organize and host various events and edutainment shows, including birthday parties and special occasions
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Passion for creating fun and educational experiences for children and enriching experiences for families
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Child Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in hospitality, family entertainment, or related industries
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in Serpong
