Senior Sales (Education – Jakarta)

Our client, a leading training and people development company, is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales professional to drive business growth by expanding corporate clients and promoting learning & development solutions. This is an individual contributor role with strong exposure to an international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients.
Promote training, learning, and people development solutions to business customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 7–8 years of B2B sales experience selling service-based solutions (mandatory).
Experience selling training, learning, education, coaching, or people development solutions is highly preferred.
Proven experience working in an international or multinational environment (mandatory).
Strong English communication and presentation skills (mandatory).
Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Previous experience leading or managing a sales team will be an advantage but is not required.
