WORK DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for mine infrastructure, process plant, and
support facilities - Develop and monitor construction schedules, ensuring milestones are met within budget and
quality standards - Coordinate with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to align
execution plans - Manage construction budgets, cost forecasts, and progress reporting to senior management
- Ensure all construction work complies with HSE regulations, permits, and company safety
standards - Review engineering drawings and specifications to verify constructability and resolve site issues
- Oversee procurement and mobilization of construction equipment, materials, and labor resources
- Lead progress meetings with contractors and stakeholders, tracking KPIs and resolving delays
- Support commissioning handover from construction to operations teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction management, with prior exposure to mining or
heavy industrial projects - Proven track record managing large-scale EPC or EPCM construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6) and cost control methods
- Solid understanding of HSE standards and regulatory compliance in remote mine-site
environments - Willing to be placed at a remote mine site and follow a roster-based work schedule
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
