Channel Management – Assistant Manager

Location: Medan, Indonesia (Full-Time | Work From Office)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores to ensure operational excellence and consistent service quality.
  • Manage, coach, and develop store supervisors to achieve business targets and high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives to increase store traffic, sales transactions, and overall retail performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, inventory, compliance, and customer feedback, implementing continuous improvements where required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions, campaigns, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Lead store-related projects including new store openings, renovations, and operational improvement programs.
  • Ensure all stores comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners to support long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or operations management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stores, branches, or outlets with sizeable operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, operational KPIs, inventory management, merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
  • Candidates from retail, FMCG, direct selling, banking (Branch Manager), or other customer-facing multi-site operations are encouraged to apply.
