Work Description

  • Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth, market share, and brand equity
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development to market launch
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product positioning and distribution
  • Monitor brand performance, sales data, and campaign effectiveness; provide actionable insights
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI on all brand initiatives


Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industry
  • Strong background in food or food ingredient/material categories is a MUST
  • Proven track record in brand building, product launch, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market and sales data
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
