Our client, an established international consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Consulting Manager to manage key client engagements and provide high-quality tax advisory and compliance services. This role requires strong tax consulting expertise combined with excellent client management and multilingual communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax consulting engagements for local and international clients.
- Provide advice on Indonesian taxation, tax compliance, and related regulatory matters.
- Review tax calculations, filings, and other tax-related deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Advise clients on tax issues, risks, and practical solutions aligned with their business activities.
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for tax-related matters.
- Lead, supervise, and develop junior tax consultants within the team.
- Support business development activities and identify opportunities to expand services with existing and prospective clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience, with solid experience in a tax consulting practice.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a must.
- Strong client management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tax engagements and lead a consulting team.
