HR & General Affairs Manager – Leading Interior Design and Civil Work Service Provider

Location: South Tangerang

The role will manage the company’s human resources, employee relations, and general affairs functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for office and project-site employees.
  • Oversee performance management, employee development, and training.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
  • Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, and BPJS.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
  • Supervise office facilities, security, cleanliness, operational vehicles, and other general affairs activities.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and provide regular HR reports to management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in construction, contracting, or interior companies is strongly preferred.
  • Experienced in managing both office and project-site employees.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and industrial relations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, integrity, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
