Finance Director – Technology Services

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the company’s overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations.
  2. Oversee accounting, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  3. Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive management to support business growth and profitability.
  4. Manage cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and financial risk management.
  5. Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations, tax requirements, and applicable accounting standards.
  6. Drive financial transformation, process improvements, and implementation of financial systems.
  7. Lead financial audits, manage external auditors, and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  8. Develop and lead a high-performing finance team while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. MUST HAVE: Extensive professional experience with a reputable public accounting firm, preferably Big Four.
  2. MUST HAVE: Extensive finance leadership experience within multinational companies, preferably in technology or service-related industries.
  3. Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including senior leadership positions.
  4. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.
  5. Strong expertise in financial strategy, corporate governance, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
  6. Excellent leadership, business acumen, and communication skills, with strong English proficiency.
