About the Opportunity
Our client, a reputable multinational consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager to oversee its financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall finance, accounting, and taxation functions, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), taxation regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage corporate tax planning, tax reporting, audits, and relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, reporting systems, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the finance, accounting, and tax team while coordinating with regional and international stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience across finance, accounting, and taxation, including managerial responsibilities.
- Must have several years of professional experience with a reputable public accounting, auditing, or tax consulting firm, preferably a Big Four or other leading international firm.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, financial reporting standards, financial management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in multinational organizations is highly preferred; exposure to startups or technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory, with proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
