HR & General Affairs Manager – Leading Interior Design and Civil Work Service Provider
Location: South Tangerang
The role will manage the company’s human resources, employee relations, and general affairs functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding for office and project-site employees.
- Oversee performance management, employee development, and training.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflicts.
- Manage payroll, compensation and benefits, attendance, and BPJS.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.
- Supervise office facilities, security, cleanliness, operational vehicles, and other general affairs activities.
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and provide regular HR reports to management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years’ HR experience, including 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in construction, contracting, or interior companies is strongly preferred.
- Experienced in managing both office and project-site employees.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour regulations and industrial relations.
- Strong leadership, communication, integrity, and decision-making skills.
- Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office.
