Key Responsibilities
- Lead all earthworks, civil infrastructure, and concrete construction activities.
- Manage excavation, grading, compaction, drainage, roads, foundations, and structural concrete works.
- Monitor schedule, productivity, cost, quality, and safety performance.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and contractors to resolve site issues.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- 12–15 years’ experience in mining or mineral processing projects.
- Minimum 8 years in Superintendent/Senior Supervisor roles.
- Strong brownfield project and large-volume earthworks experience.
- Knowledge of geotechnical testing, concrete construction, and survey controls.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
