Work Description:
- Lead and develop end-to-end SCM strategy, policies, and KPIs across a large-scale mining expansion project.
- Oversee the full procurement-to-delivery cycle for 334 mechanical equipment items and bulk materials (steel, piping, structures).
- Manage China-heavy supply base (75%) while ensuring 25% local sourcing meets TKDN certification and Indonesian mining local content regulations.
- Coordinate risk management across shipping delays, currency fluctuations, geopolitical issues, and remote site access challenges.
- Interface with project teams, Chinese suppliers/EPCs, local contractors, and government bodies; report on SCM budget, progress, and variances.
- Lead and develop SCM team performance; drive continuous improvement through ERP and digital tracking tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in mining or heavy industry.
- Strong experience in China-based sourcing, supplier negotiation, and international procurement.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, TKDN compliance, and import processes.
- Proven leadership managing multi-functional SCM teams across procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
- Proficient in ERP/CMMS systems and supply chain tracking tools.
- Strong risk management capability across long international supply chains and remote site logistics.
