Our client, a rapidly growing retail beauty products company, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resource Manager to lead and strengthen its people strategy. Reporting directly to the Company Director, this role will play a key part in supporting business growth through effective talent management and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, with a strong focus on mass recruitment and workforce expansion.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Design, implement, and manage performance management systems to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee compensation & benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee retention.
- Manage industrial relations, employee disciplinary matters, compliance, and employment regulations.
- Lead the development and optimization of HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR processes, and people analytics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, particularly high-volume or mass recruitment.
- Preferably has experience working in retail, FMCG, consumer products, or multi-site operations.
- Experience in a fast-growing and dynamic business environment will be a strong advantage.
