Work Description:
- Lead company-wide learning & development strategy across restaurant operations nationwide.
- Design and implement training programs for outlet teams, supervisors, and management.
- Build structured onboarding and competency development for frontliners and restaurant leaders.
- Standardize training modules, SOP learning materials, and operational best practices.
- Partner with Operations and HR teams to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
- Monitor training effectiveness, employee progress, and development KPIs across outlets.
- Drive leadership development initiatives to strengthen internal talent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Learning & Development / Training Management.
- Must have experience in F&B retail or restaurant chain operations.
- Strong background in developing operational and people-development training programs.
- Experienced managing training for multi-outlet / nationwide operations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java and travel when required.
