Sales Engineer – Agriculture Sector

Work Description:
- Develop and manage sales pipeline for agriculture sector clients (plantations, agribusiness, distributors)
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across assigned territories
- Provide technical consultation on spraying solutions tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field visits
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in agriculture-related industry
- Strong network within agriculture sector (plantations, distributors, agribusiness players)
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Good technical understanding of agricultural equipment/solutions is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English is preferred
