Online Channel Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow online sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Increase product sales and visibility on online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
  • Optimize social media channels (e.g., WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram) to drive engagement, conversions, and ultimately, revenue.
  • Build and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators.
  • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies as needed for campaign execution or performance marketing.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales) to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior, especially within the Muslim fashion market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and social media marketing.
  • Proven experience in influencer/KOL marketing and collaborating with content creators.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • A passion for fashion and familiarity with modest wear trends is a plus.
