Online Channel Sales Manager
Location: Bandung, Indonesia

Reports to: Director
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow online sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Increase product sales and visibility on online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada).
- Optimize social media channels (e.g., WhatsApp, TikTok, Instagram) to drive engagement, conversions, and ultimately, revenue.
- Build and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies as needed for campaign execution or performance marketing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, sales) to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior, especially within the Muslim fashion market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within fashion retail or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and social media marketing.
- Proven experience in influencer/KOL marketing and collaborating with content creators.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- A passion for fashion and familiarity with modest wear trends is a plus.
