Weekend Talent Assessor (Remote)

Job Description
As part of PSI’s business growth plan, we are expanding our talent assessment capability and inviting experienced recruiters to join us as Weekend Talent Assessors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews for assigned candidates.
- Assess candidates’ character, competencies, career aspirations, and expectations.
- Apply the STAR methodology to evaluate role and business fit.
- Identify candidate fitness and suitability against client job requirements.
- Prepare clear, structured interview assessment reports and submit them to PSI’s management.
Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years’ experience as a recruiter or talent assessor.
- Skills: Strong capability in Competency-Based Interviewing (CBI) and the STAR framework.
- Education: Open to all backgrounds; Bachelor’s in Psychology or Human Resource Management preferred.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written); Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Work Style: Able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Location: Currently based in Central Java or South Sumatera.
