Role Summary
As a Talent Sourcer Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in the early stages of the recruitment process by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-potential candidates across various industries. You’ll work closely with our consultants and researchers to support real-life recruitment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants to understand role requirements and target canddate profiles.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Perform initial screening and qualification of candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
- Update candidate information and activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Conduct market research and talent mapping assignments.
- Support various administrative and project-based tasks related to recruitment.
Requirements
- Final-year university students or recent graduates (any major welcome; HR, Psychology, Business, or Communication preferred).
- Interest in recruitment, human resources, or executive search.
- Comfortable with internet research and using LinkedIn.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Available for 6 months with flexible working hours.
