As part of our continuous talent development initiative, we’re launching an internship program for aspiring Talent Sourcers interested in a career in recruitment and executive search.

Role Summary

As a Talent Sourcer Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in the early stages of the recruitment process by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-potential candidates across various industries. You’ll work closely with our consultants and researchers to support real-life recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consultants to understand role requirements and target canddate profiles.
  • Use LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Perform initial screening and qualification of candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
  • Update candidate information and activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping assignments.
  • Support various administrative and project-based tasks related to recruitment.

Requirements

  • Final-year university students or recent graduates (any major welcome; HR, Psychology, Business, or Communication preferred).
  • Interest in recruitment, human resources, or executive search.
  • Comfortable with internet research and using LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Available for 6 months with flexible working hours.
