We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to expand our business within Indonesia’s mining sector. The ideal candidate has strong networks in mining companies, solid experience selling industrial/metal products, and enjoys frequent travel to mine sites.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of metal/industrial products to mining companies nationwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mining end-users and procurement teams.
- Identify new opportunities, present solutions, and lead negotiations.
- Conduct regular customer and mine-site visits.
- Provide market insights and accurate sales forecasts.
🎯 Requirements
- 5–7 years selling industrial/metal products to the mining industry in Indonesia.
- Strong network with mining stakeholders (end-users, procurement, site teams).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Willing to travel extensively, including remote sites.
- Independent, driven, and strong in negotiation.
