Metallurgy Manager
Location: North Sulawesi, Indonesia (Site Based)
Job Description
Our client, a major mining operation, is looking for an experienced Metallurgy Manager to lead metallurgical operations and optimize gold processing performance. This role will focus on improving processing efficiency, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and managing metallurgical teams to achieve production targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years experience in mineral processing, especially gold/CIL processing
- Strong expertise in metallurgical process optimization and plant operations
- Proven leadership experience managing metallurgical teams
- Experience with process control systems and operational KPI management
- Strong understanding of HSE and regulatory compliance
