Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and oversee our technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. The role requires strong technical and managerial expertise to ensure our IT systems support both current and future business needs. This position is based in Bandung, West Java, and is ideally suited for candidates with experience in the retail or fashion industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic IT Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
- Technology Management: Oversee software development, network operations, hardware, and IT security.
- Budget & Resources: Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop junior IT engineers; coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- System Enhancement: Recommend and implement new technologies to improve retail operations, customer experience, and overall efficiency.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure data security, system reliability, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6–7 years of IT management experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or consumer-related industries.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, software development, networks, and security systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in execution.
