About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing restaurant chain in Indonesia, known for strong local branding and disciplined expansion across multiple cities. To strengthen governance and operational excellence, they are seeking an Internal Audit Manager who will report directly to the CEO.
Job Description
- Plan and execute internal audit programs across outlets, central kitchen, and head office
- Evaluate internal controls, SOP compliance, and operational efficiency
- Identify risks related to operations, finance, inventory, procurement, and cash handling
- Prepare clear audit reports with practical recommendations for management
- Work closely with the CEO and senior management to support continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in internal audit
- Experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or retail business is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and compliance
- Able to work independently and communicate findings confidently to top management
- Willing to be based in Solo, Central Java
