Job Description – Head of Sales (Indonesia & SEA)
Our Client, an international medical device company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to drive regional growth in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead distributor management: build partnerships, provide guidance, and track performance.
- Oversee pricing strategy and initiatives to improve profitability across the product portfolio.
- Drive customer engagement through promotional activities, trade shows, and congresses.
- Ensure timely participation in tenders by coordinating with distributors across Indonesia and SEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Support new product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Manage order generation and logistics coordination to meet business goals.
- Travel as needed within the region to implement strategies and ensure business development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science; MBA in Marketing/International Business preferred.
- 10–15 years’ experience in medical devices/healthcare, ideally infusion or vascular access therapy.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in international markets.
