Job Description – Head of Sales
- Lead and manage overall sales strategy, planning, and execution to drive revenue growth.
- Build, develop, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Develop key accounts and strategic partnerships, including international clients.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting.
- Work closely with management to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements
- Around 10 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven international business management experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in professional services industry is an advantage.
