General Manager – Marketing

Location: Central Java, Indonesia
Role Summary
The GM Marketing will lead the company’s overall marketing and brand strategy, driving brand strength, outlet traffic, and market share growth across Indonesia and selected international markets. This role is critical in supporting the company’s rapid outlet expansion and transformation toward more advanced, data-driven marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing and brand strategy.
- Strengthen brand positioning and awareness across offline and digital channels.
- Drive market share growth and support new outlet launches.
- Lead integrated ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Use data, insights, and performance metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Brand Management / Marketing leadership.
- Background from food retail / restaurant brands, or FMCG with F&B portfolio.
- Proven track record in brand building and business growth.
- Experience in fast-growing, multi-outlet environments preferred.
- Exposure to international expansion is an advantage.
