Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety.
- Ensure production targets, cost efficiency, and quality standards are achieved consistently.
- Lead initiatives in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.
- Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all operations.
- Build, train, and lead a high-performing factory team.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and operational standards.
- Prepare operational performance reports and lead reviews with senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in metal production management or heavy industrial manufacturing (e.g., rolling, casting, forging, or fabrication).
- Proven leadership experience managing large-scale factory operations.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and people management skills.
