About the Role
Our client, a national FMCG Food company, is looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead end-to-end factory operations. This role oversees production, engineering, inventory, people management, and HSE compliance. We need a strong, disciplined leader with deep experience in high-compliance industries (FMCG Food or Pharmaceutical/GMP).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead daily factory operations and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Maintain GMP, HACCP, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee production planning, engineering, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory.
• Lead factory teams and enforce discipline, safety, and performance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence (Lean/5S).
• Report production KPIs, OEE, efficiency, and downtime.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Tech, or Food Technology.
• 10–15 years’ experience managing factories in FMCG Food or Pharmaceutical (GMP).
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage 50–300 staff.
• Excellent knowledge of production processes, maintenance, inventory, and HSE.
• Hands-on, disciplined leadership style; strong communication skills.
• Willing to be based full-time in Bandung.
