We’re Hiring: Costing Supervisor – Coffee Shop Chain
Location: Bogor

What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily costing and inventory control across café outlets.
- Analyze food & beverage costs, variances, and profit margins.
- Monitor recipe costing, wastage, and production yield accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and purchasing teams to optimize costs.
- Review supplier invoices and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Support monthly closing and reconciliation with Finance.
- Improve cost control systems and SOPs for better efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting (F&B, café, or restaurant).
- Strong analytical mindset and Excel/reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
