Business Developer We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to join our growing sales organization. This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, generating business leads, and executing both sales and pre-sales activities. You will engage directly with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and technical requirements across industries.  The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying business opportunities and articulating relevant solutions to meet client needs.


Job Description

The Business Developer is responsible for executing a broad range of activities, including marketing, business development, networking, customer relationship management, pre-sales, and sales support. This position also oversees market research, communications, responses to RFIs/RFQs, and preparation of tender proposals. You will play a key role in building and expanding the company’s network and uncovering new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners.
  • Drive marketing, business development, presales, and sales initiatives.
  • Research and qualify new business opportunities through various communication channels and market analysis.
  • Manage key client relationships and design strategies to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize administrative and operational workflows.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals and tender submissions, coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with requirements.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a track record of managing high-value deals.
  • Bachelor’s of engineering, with GPA at 3.5 as minimum.
  • Strong expertise in business development and sales strategy.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Demonstrated ability to work towards targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable with a customer- and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Interest in technology and innovation is a strong advantage
