Area Sales Manager – North Sulawesi


Job Description

Lead and manage sales performance across North Sulawesi, focusing on both retail and FMCG distribution channels. Develop area sales strategies, strengthen partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and brand visibility across assigned territories.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.


Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG and/or retail sales.
  • Proven experience handling North Sulawesi market, preferably based in Menado.
  • Strong network with distributors, wholesalers, or key accounts.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
