Job Description

Lead and manage sales operations across the Jabotabek area, focusing on general trade channels. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, strengthen distributor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade partners to maximize product reach and profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales performance across general trade channels in Jabotabek.
  • Develop area sales strategies and oversee distributor and wholesaler management.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve volume, coverage, and visibility targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective execution of promotions, pricing, and trade marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years’ experience in FMCG sales, ideally from food manufacturing or food solution companies.
  • Proven track record in handling Jakarta and surrounding areas.
  • Strong network with distributors and wholesalers in general trade.
  • Solid leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
