Our client, a well-established professional service firm, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and drive their business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute sales & business development strategies
- Lead and manage sales team to achieve challenging targets
- Handle and maintain relationships with VIP & large accounts
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure strong business conversion
- Drive effective implementation of CRM and sales systems
- Coach and enable sales staff to improve performance and productivity
- Prepare sales reports, forecasting, and business updates for management
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management within service-based and B2B companies
- Strong experience managing multiple sales staff with aggressive sales targets
- Good understanding of sales process, CRM systems, and pipeline management
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- English proficiency is a must (daily conversational/business usage)
- Willing to work full time from office in Central Jakarta
