Plant Maintenance Manager – Gold Mining (Sulawesi)
Work Description:
- Lead and manage all plant maintenance activities (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
- Ensure high equipment reliability and plant uptime to meet production targets
- Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance programs
- Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and shutdown activities
- Manage maintenance budget, cost control, and spare parts inventory
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and reliability initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team while ensuring HSE compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in plant maintenance, preferably in mining/mineral processing
- Strong experience in gold processing plant or similar heavy industry environment
- Proven leadership experience managing large maintenance teams
- Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability engineering
- Familiar with CMMS systems (e.g., SAP) and strong analytical skills
