Process Plant Department Head
Location: North Sulawesi, Indonesia (Site Based)
Job Description
A leading mining company in Indonesia is seeking a Process Plant Department Head to lead and optimize mineral processing plant operations. This role will drive operational excellence, safety performance, and production efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory and environmental standards. The position will oversee plant operations, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize plant performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in mineral processing, preferably in gold operations
- Proven leadership experience managing processing plant teams
- Strong knowledge of process plant operations, safety compliance, and production optimization
- Experience with SAP, CITECT or similar control systems
- Fluent English communication skills
