Head of Sales
National Media Company – Indonesia
Our client is a national-wide media company in Indonesia with strong presence across broadcast and integrated media platforms, serving major brands and agencies nationwide.
Job Description:
- Lead and drive national sales strategy across key media segments
- Develop and execute revenue growth plans (advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, integrated campaigns)
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
- Strengthen relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and key accounts
- Identify new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize commercial performance
- Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to overall business strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with solid background in media industry (TV, digital media, broadcasting, or integrated media platforms)
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network within agencies, advertisers, and corporate brands
- Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and closing capability
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
- Strong leadership capability and experience managing sales teams
