Our client is a national-wide media company in Indonesia with strong presence across broadcast and integrated media platforms, serving major brands and agencies nationwide.

Job Description:

  • Lead and drive national sales strategy across key media segments
  • Develop and execute revenue growth plans (advertising, sponsorship, partnerships, integrated campaigns)
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Strengthen relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and key accounts
  • Identify new revenue streams and market expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize commercial performance
  • Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to overall business strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with solid background in media industry (TV, digital media, broadcasting, or integrated media platforms)
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong network within agencies, advertisers, and corporate brands
  • Strategic mindset with strong negotiation and closing capability
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
  • Strong leadership capability and experience managing sales teams
