Work Description:
- Develop and manage B2B client relationships to promote the company’s training and education programs.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client presentations, needs analysis, and proposal development tailored to corporate training requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management for business growth insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education, training, or learning & development industries.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate client portfolios.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in professional English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
- Based in Jakarta, willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
