Work Description:

  • Develop and manage B2B client relationships to promote the company’s training and education programs.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive sales activities, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct client presentations, needs analysis, and proposal development tailored to corporate training requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and training teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback to management for business growth insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education, training, or learning & development industries.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing corporate client portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in professional English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
  • Based in Jakarta, willing to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
