We’re Hiring: Head of Sales – Coffee Shop Chain

Location: Jakarta (with some travel required)

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and execute sales strategy across café, banquet, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) segments.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and large family groups.
  • Develop and manage B2B sales channels — corporate catering, private events, and partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase outlet and group sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to create packages and campaigns for events and special occasions.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Provide leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team to deliver high performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in banquet or MICE sales (hospitality, hotel, or F&B industry).
  • Proven track record in B2B and group event sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to travel and manage multiple outlets or event sites.
