About the Role

Our client, an international technology company delivering large-scale environmental and maritime solutions, is seeking a DevOps Engineer / Technical Lead to support the deployment of advanced platforms in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications (installation, setup, monitoring).
• Ensure overall system architecture consistency and anticipate impacts of changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with development and client teams.
• Design and implement automation scripts/tools (Python, Shell) to optimize workflows.
• Build and maintain dashboards and monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix).
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members.

Technical Skills

• DevOps / Systems: Linux, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Development: Python (data processing, automation), Shell scripting.
• Monitoring: Grafana, Zabbix, ELK stack.
• Troubleshooting: log analysis, dataflow tracking, incident resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in DevOps or system engineering.
• Proven ability to manage deployments, CI/CD, and automation pipelines.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
